Expediente: Expedientes de Educaci\u00f3n 2020\/8, por el que se RESUELVE ESTIMANDO EL RECURSO POTESTATIVO DE REPOSICI\u00d3N PRESENTADO POR EL CONSEJO GENERAL DE COLEGIOS OFICIALES DE PEDAGOGOS Y PSICOPEDAGOGOS DE ESPA\u00d1A, CONTRA LA CONVOCATORIA Y BASES ESPEC\u00cdFICAS LA SELECCI\u00d3N Y CONTRATACI\u00d3N DE PERSONAL LABORAL TEMPORAL NECESARIO PARA LLEVAR A CABO EL PROGRAMA PARA LA MEJORA DE LA CONVIVENCIA EN LOS CENTROS EDUCATIVOS Y LA PREVENCI\u00d3N DEL ABSENTISMO ESCOLAR DEL EXCMO. AYUNTAMIENTO DE TARIFA PARA EL CURSO 2021 (1EDUCADOR\/A SOCIAL Y 1 PSIC\u00d3LOGO\/A), consider\u00e1ndose que, en efecto, <strong>las titulaciones de psicolog\u00eda, pedagog\u00eda y psicopedagog\u00eda encajan en el Grupo A, Subgrupo A1 y en el Grupo 1 del Convenio Colectivo, y todas parten de un fondo igual de conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos que, como se sostiene en la doctrina anterior, permiten el desempe\u00f1o del puesto que se pretende cubrir con el Programa para la Mejora de la Convivencia en los Centros Educativos y la Prevenci\u00f3n del Absentismo Escolar de Tarifa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cgcopyp.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/RESOLUCION-ESTIMATORIA-AYTO-DE-TARIFA.pdf\" class=\"wp-block-file__button\" download>Descarga<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ha sido notificado desde el Excmo.
